Does old vine usually mean head pruned vines?


Does old vine usually mean head pruned vines?

My googling found there's really no standard (correct me if I'm wrong) for the term "old vines", but I was wondering if that usually means it's from a head-trained/pruned vine? Sorry for the stupid question.
