Bottle from 1990 – what can I expect?
Getting a bottle for my wife's birthday – Dalla Valle Cabernet Sauvignon. What should I expect in terms of sediment etc? I've never had anything this old and don't want to blow it. Is this something an amateur can do or should I take her out for dinner and get the somm to do it?
