Solid bricks and mortar/(hybrid) online community-driven retail wine business concept—looking for collab/funding partner.
I've got 25+ yrs experience in the wine industry, both on-premise and off-premise, in addition to a successful career in brand and marketing strategy.
I've developed a solid, innovative retail concept that focuses on value and top quality, old world selections, with sales driven by data harvest/adaptive personal suggestion engine based on accumulation of past experiences, preferences and local retail competitive product sales. Totally integrated by local community enthusiasts' drinking and purchase preferences.
The off-premise retail strategy is based on strategic ceiling price point and broad selection of wines that have rich history of quality that are typically under-appreciated due to lacking awareness and prevalent marketing budget deficits etc.
The ultimate revenue model is based on a franchise concept, currently in existence, which is vastly under-exploited in this category. The competition is pathetic and completely ignores the market segments I'm focused on. (Millennial predominantly)
This a very strong idea and just needs passionate operators and proper funding to launch a pilot unity, could easily start selling franchises within 18 months.
If you're interested and want to learn more, please contact me with some info about your business background, skills and experience and let's talk.
You don't have to be a wine expert to get involved.
Serious inquiries only please.
