Recommend some jammy, plummy, dark-fruit-flavored low acidity reds?
I tried a pretty good California red blend at a wine tasting today which had these characteristics (forget the name), and I think it's representative of what I would look for in my ideal red wine. I really like jammy, plummy, raisiny flavors, all that jazz, but still dry. Nutty is good if possible. I also like low acidity and not spending too much money. Can you recommend some bottles that fit this description?
