If sauternes can be described as ‘liquid sunshine,’ what are some ways you could describe other wines/varietals?
I think its fun to describe wine to my friends in ways other than describing the flavors, aromas, and bouquets. How would you describe some varietals?
e.g. young barolo = punch to the face pinot noir = bottled poetry
